Croci Spa (Italy) and acquisition of Amtra

Croci, the leading company in the pet and aquaria segment in Europe, announced that they acquired the shares of Amtra, the European leading company for water treatment products.

The acquisition is effective since January 2010 and is the unification of two of the main companies on the pet and aquaristics market. The group Amtra-Croci can offer a complete range of products able to satisfy any customer's needs, from fashionable accessories for pets to the most technologically advanced products for aquaria.
