Beaphar and Masterpet take over Aristopet (Australia) together

Aristopet in Australia was taken over on 19 August by Beaphar in cooperation with Masterpet, one of the biggest suppliers of pet healthcare products in the world. They also took over the insolvent UML in Australia. Beaphar Australia will continue the production of Aristopet, while Masterpet will take over the local marketing and distribution.  Production of Aristopet's own brands will be continued. The export, however, will be the responsibility of Beaphar Australia. This takeover is a strategic one for Beaphar, allowing them to use the possibilities that lie in the Asian market.
