Fressnapf growing

With sales of 648.2 mio € in the European market in the last financial year, Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH achieved an increase of 17.3 per cent in sales and an increase of three per cent on existing retail area. Total sales of 507.8 mio € were recorded in Germany, equivalent to growth of 10.4 per cent and two per cent on existing retail area. To date Fressnapf operates 650 stores throughout Europe, 530 of them located in Germany. The total number of stores across Europe is expected to rise to 800 by 2007. These figures were released at yesterday's annual press conference in Vienna.
