Petland on top-ranked franchise list

Petland, once again, is among top-ranked franchises in the United States.
Overall, Petland, Inc. ranked 202 in the Entrepreneur® Magazine's 29th Annual Franchise 500®, earning them the top spot in the Pet Products category. According to Entrepreneur.com, there are close to 3,000 active franchisors in the United States. Petland's ranking of 202 once again puts the company in the top 10 percent of all domestic franchises. This year, Petland is the only full-service pet store franchise listed among Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 top retail pet franchises.

Petland, Inc. is a franchise operation with more than 200 quality, full service, retail pet centers across the United States, Canada, Japan, Chile and South Africa. The first Petland store in China will open in February 2008 in Shanghai.
